We must declutter and remove your personal
belongings so they are not visible.

Schools Don’t Matter if You Don’t Have Kids

Even if you don’t have children, Buying a house in a good school district means that your house will have a great resale value.

So unless you are buying your “forever home”, schools should definitely be considered as they are a high priority on many a buyer’s list.

I can definitely see how this makes sense to someone looking to sell their house.

There are situations to where you will net more money with an as is sale, than making repairs.

There are buyers that only buy houses that need work.

Jonathan Martinez

Johnny and I met a few years back when our sons played on the same baseball team.

While waiting for our boys to finish practice, We figured out that I’m a broker and Johnny is a contractor. Only made sense for us to join forces.

A life change here and another there, now Johnny is in a position where he needs to sell his house.

No Quarantine No more Bikers

Seems like quarantine was like 5 years ago. It just magically went away and is not talked about.

Everybody also seemed like they had a road bike during quarantine too.

What happened to all of the bikers out there? I wasn’t an avid biker before the pandemic either so I get it.

This is still funny to me. Everyone was out training for the Tour De France. You could go on Facebook or Instagram and easily find a bike club.

My guess is that most people needed a reason to get out of the house. Biking brought back that childhood feeling.

Well atleast it did for me. I’d ride my bike Everwhere. I might ride my bike from time to time, but I definitely mix the cardio up with running.

The road bike seats are unforgiving and I never did quite get used to riding up hills. Since I spent about $3k on this bike, I’m going to keep riding.
