☕️ Back at one of my all-time favorite coffee spots — Good Boy Bob — ready to try the hyped Nue Nue… only to get completely turned around and end up ordering the Side Car pour-over instead 😂

Sometimes the “plan B” ends up being the best part of your day — whether it’s coffee or real estate.

🎥 Driving down memory lane… literally.

One of my absolute favorite memories from the 2004 Athens Olympic Games wasn’t just the matches—it was the opening ceremonies. Don’t get me wrong… competing on the world’s biggest stage, and even beating Greece in front of their home crowd to advance to the medal rounds, was unforgettable.

But what really stuck with me was the camaraderie—being suited up and walking side by side with all the U.S. athletes, representing our country together. That moment, surrounded by teammates and fellow Olympians, will always be the most special part of the journey.
