Here are the latest listings in the South Bay LA area hitting the MLS over the past week and currently for sale. The lone new listing for Hermosa is over $7MM so you don't see it on the chart. The top Manhattan listing is over $31MM and is a double-lot Sand Section home steps from the beach...and is owned by an LA Kings legend.

Here are residential property results for May in the South Bay area of Los Angeles. The Manhattan Beach median price spiked as sales plummeted by almost 30% from last month. Torrance showed a small steady increase as has been the case every month this year. The Redondo Beach median price dropped a little over 3%.

Major issue on the ballot next week for Palos Verdes Estates property owners concerning the renewal of the property tax that specifically funds the local police.

PVE residents will decide whether to create a new parcel tax to help fund the Police Department and other public safety measures.
