We've had a lot of questions about when we will get started on McIngvale Square construction. The short answer is that we already have. McIngvale Square is located at the site that holds the Hernando Golf & Racquet Club maintenance facility. Before we can start on our project the Golf Course had to build a replacement facility which is now complete. We are moving forward now with environment testing to comply with MDEQ and EPA requirements as shown in our pictures. Once that is completed we will begin on the groundwork phase and then Building A. Thank you for your patience!

Thank you to the City of Hernando and the citizens of Hernando for all of the support and encouragement we have received for our project! Thank you to the planning commission and the board of Alderman for their approvals. We are currently finalizing our construction and engineering and hope to begin construction in the 1st quarter of 2023. Thank you!

When children in Hernando graduate, attend college and then decide where to start their careers, we hope they will choose home. McIngvale Square has focus on investment in community for future generations. We hope our children and grandchildren will have planned developments that offer dining, shopping, working and living options to entice their reinvestment in Hernando. Since the establishment of Hernando, MS community growth has been a part of our history. McIngvale Square represents thoughtful growth that will benefit our community and set a higher standard for future developments moving forward. Growth is going to happen but thoughtful investment in community benefits us all.
