Since the Cave Man Days, sellers have wanted to sell high and buyers have wanted to buy low so this is survey is not surprising. The million dollar question is where will the pendulum swing as we move forward. Right now, in Pine Ridge and Citrus Hills, there is not a lot of available inventory so if demand picks up and supply stays low, the market will be stable and of course, if there is not a lot of demand moving forward, prices will slip.
