- Blowout last week
- Flat tire changed last night
- Today? Broken belt AND coolant hose

At this point the truck is requesting PTO. 😂

But in all seriousness, this is the part people don’t always see behind small businesses. The late nights, roadside repairs, emergency parts runs, and figuring it out no matter what. Thankfully I’ve got some solid family & friends that always step up when things go sideways. We truly appreciate every single one of y’all!

🚨 FACEBOOK MARKETPLACE SCAM WARNING 🚨

We’ve seen a HUGE increase in scams lately, not just in the dumpster rental industry, but across MANY service industries on Facebook Marketplace.

Please be careful when booking services online, especially if the pricing seems WAY too good to be true.

Here’s one of the scams currently happening in the dumpster rental industry:

1. A scammer posts fake dumpster rental ads on Facebook Marketplace.
2. They usually live outside of the country and DO NOT actually own any dumpsters.
3. A homeowner contacts them wanting to rent a dumpster.
4. The scammer then contacts a REAL local dumpster company (like ours) pretending to be the customer.
5. They use stolen credit/debit card information to pay for the rental.
6. We deliver the dumpster to the homeowner that originally responded to the fake ad.
7. Later, the REAL card owner files a fraud claim/chargeback with their bank.

At the end of it all:
➡️ The homeowner paid the scammer instead of the actual dumpster company.
➡️ The local business loses money from the chargeback/fraud.
➡️ The real cardholder becomes a victim of theft.

⚠️ BEFORE renting ANY dumpster or hiring ANY contractor/service online:
✔️ Verify the company is REAL
✔️ Check reviews
✔️ Ask for a business website
✔️ Make sure the business name matches the payment information
✔️ Be cautious of “too good to be true” pricing
✔️ Ask for proof they actually own the equipment
