Closing day for a super special client! We actually bought our house from him 6 years ago and he and his parents came walking into my open house a few weeks ago looking for the very set up that they sold us.

He designed and built our house with an in-law suite for his parents and now I am blessed to have my parents living next to me. I feel a little guilty because they kind of need their house back 🫣 But, now they are both purchasing a new home near each other and they are happy!
