Hello Bryson Residents!

We are excited to invite you to our 1st annual National Night Out event! This event promises to be an evening of fun community building and safety awareness. See attached flyer.

National Night Out is a wonderful way for our community to come together, strengthen neighborhood bonds, and promote police community partnerships. It's a chance to meet your neighbors and local law enforcement in a relaxed and festive environment.

Attention Owners:

As the end of 2020 approaches, many of you have contacted the Management office regarding the new payment books for the upcoming year. The books were ordered and are being processed, however they will not arrive before the 1st of the year.

The new assessment amounts can be located by logging into your Townsq account on January 1st. Additionally, Management can provide the amount owed on your account should you have any troubles accessing the information via Townsq. Payments must be received no later than the 15th of the month. If you are in the Direct Debit Program, your assessments will continue to be debited on the 3rd of each month at the new rate.

We hope that this information is helpful and should you not receive your new payment books by the 15th of January, please do not hesitate to contact Management. Wishing you and your Bryson family a Happy New Year!
