Kurt and Kris Kuykendall were my agents in the sell of my condo in Northern Virginia recently. From the first visit with Kurt before signing our agreement, he was clear and well prepared. After signing the agreement, both Kurt and Kris were very responsive, methodical, and professional. Here is a testimony from one of their recent past clients.

I am writing to let you know we thought they did a fabulous job through the whole process which started back in December.
These are some highlights:
1. Explained the whole process to us so there were no surprises as we went through it.
2. Helped us arrive at a price that was fair. (we needed some help in this area)
3. Suggested a contractor , Design Pro, who helped us remodel and did an excellent job at a very affordable price.
4. Gave us a checklist and contacted us every Monday to let us know what was next.
5. Helped negotiate a rent back, which many potential buyers were hesitant to do.

7. Prayed for us through everything, which also included helping us find another home and purchase it as well.
