Local Area Realtors or Investors Needed:

Hello my fellow Realtors, I am very excited to introduce you to a new project I am involved in called Bargain House Network, 24 hours a day of real estate deals on TV. Each hour we will review 6 or more bargain real estate deals from around the USA from the perspective of a primary host and a local area expert like yourself. A local area expert is either a licensed Realtor with more than 1 year and 10 transactions completed or a long-time real estate investor from a specific local market.
We are looking for more area experts around the country who would like to boost their credibility, showcase their experience, and share insights regarding the real estate market and specific real estate deals. You can do it all from your own location. We will just send you a video link. We would like to ask if you would like to be considered as a local area expert in your area?

All we ask is that you email us a statement that you have completed at least 1 year in real estate and at least 10 deals in that area…send to [email protected]. Also indicate if you are interested in just being listed on the website as a local expert and listing your real estate bargains or if you are also willing to be interviewed on television.
1. You would be included with well-known national real estate professionals and celebrities scheduled to appear on TV.
2. You will get your picture, bio, and optional 60 second video on the website for viewers both locally and across the country to find you.
3. If you chose to be interviewed on TV, You can be interviewed from the comfort of your own location. We just send you a link. You need a quiet place to talk and have good internet.
4. Thousands of viewers are expected to tune in.
5. It’s free.
6. We just ask that you:
a. Send a headshot and bio. 60 second video optional.
b. Declare that you have at least one year of experience and have completed at least 10 transactions.
c. Make a weekly post on our social media about something happening in your area.
d. Share news of your appearance on the Bargain House Network with friends and colleagues.
7. Those that become local area experts in September will be able to post unlimited listings of potential bargain deals on the Network for free through the end of 2022! All listings placed on the network will require at minimum 3 pictures, no more than 5 pictures, video preferred and be bargain priced for the area. That’s national exposure to people tuning in on tv interested in real estate deals.
8. You will also be able to reference your status as a local area expert on the network in your marketing
