As someone who is super into the homesteading scene! Regardless, if it is a micro, urban or massive homestead. Plant your mo*********ng fruit trees first! They take 2 to 3 years before they will give you a proper yield. I like to prune them heavy for the first one to two years of planting so they establish a very hardy root system. They add shade, nutrition and one hell of a beautiful smell in the spring.
