On this Veterans Day, we honor and recognize all veterans who have selflessly answered the call to serve in our nation’s Armed Forces. There is distinct honor in serving in the military, thereby committing to uphold American ideals and defend the Constitution of the United States of America.

For their enduring devotion to promoting freedom, we thank all who have served; we are forever grateful for the sacrifices veterans have made for the freedoms we all enjoy. It is indeed an honor and a privilege to have former, and current, service members as part of the Millennia organization as they reflect the very best of our country and embody our core values.

Millennia Housing Management Ltd., a successful property management company based in the Midwest, is searching for a Custodian for our property located in Hershey, PA. This is a full-time position, 40 hours with benefits.
Custodial experience in a residential setting is preferred but not required. Must be a self-starter and have the ability to work independently. In addition to performing light maintenance tasks, Custodians are responsible for keeping exteriors, common areas, vacant units, and sidewalks and driveways of property in a clean and safe condition. This role will focus in cleaning duties with some light maintenance and grounds/landscaping duties. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years in similar work. Reliable transportation is a must. Great customer service skills is a must.
