As of February 29, 2020 we will no longer be utilizing Active Building you will be receiving an email to register with a company called click pay to be able to continue to pay your rent online this will go into effect on March 1, 2020

We wanted to let you know we have some exciting events coming up:
We have a Thankful Tree in our community clubhouse that we would like all our residents to be a part of, please come to the office and fill out a thankful leaf. If you unable to stop by the office feel free to call, text or email our office and we will fill out a leaf for you. We are thankful that you are a part of our community.

November 20, 2019-4:00 pm to 7:00 pm - Annual Pie Night- Bring your favorite pie to share with your neighbors and enjoy some of your neighbors favorite pie. We at the office will be sharing our favorite pie with all of you.

November 30, 2019-Holiday Patio Decorating Contest begins-This year we will be hosting a holiday patio decorating contest. To participate you will need to upload a picture of your patio to our page www.facebook.com/thevillasathesperia, make sure to have your friends and family like our page so that they can vote. The patio with the most likes will win a gift card the winner will be announced at our holiday party on December 18, 2019

December 18, 2019 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm-Holiday Party Potluck with Santa-For this event you must sign up in the office and receive a raffle ticket to attend we need everyone to write down what they will be bringing. Our goal is to have a big community dinner with lots of different foods. Santa will be joining us and we will be decorating gingerbread houses
