Resident Opportunity Scholarship 📚
✏️United Property Management is proud to offer one of our “college bound” residents the opportunity to receive The Jose Milton Scholarship
Criteria for Selection:
1. Applicant must be a listed occupant & resident of a UPM Rental Community for at least three years and must be in their senior year of high school.
2. Applicant must hold a minimum of 3.5 grade point average on an unweighted scale.
3. Applicants must be accepted to an accredited program at a post-secondary institution in the United States that will lead to a Bachelor’s Degree.
4. Applicants must answer the following prompt in at most 250 words each:
-What does success mean to you, and how do you plan to achieve it?
5. The most qualified applicants will be vetted and interviewed by a Scholarship Committee comprised of representatives from the Milton Family.
