It’s been a busy week!

I recently helped someone buy his riverfront home, and then next step was to sell his riverfront RV lot. After less than four weeks on the market, he was under contract! The Buyer is one of the sweetest gals, and I had a great time helping them both cross the closing finish line.

Plus, I helped the most amazing Buyers find their mountain home! We’ve been working together for about a year, but I think we all knew this was “the one” when we stepped inside. I am beyond thankful they trusted me to help them make their Georgia Home dreams come to life.

Big shout of to Cary Cox for closing both of these deals. The communication out of that office is always top notch. Also, thanks to Noah Bearden for listing such a great home.

I met a really cool couple a year ago at my day job. We casually talked about how in a year, they wanted to look for something in Blairsville. Fast forward… a year later, they called and we found the lot they plan to build their retirement home on!

I took the last quarter of 2025 and really tried to decide how I wanted to spend 2026. Most people find their word for the year, and I used to be one of them! But this year, I decided to find my plan and purpose, so here it is!

2026 brought me a new full-time job! I'm thrilled to be following my passion for local government and serving in that capacity. It also showed me that I truly love real estate and it makes me happy. I am ALL about doing whatever brings me joy and purpose, so I'm going strong (just with some new hours and availability.

This home holds so many memories. We planned weddings, announced pregnancies, held birthday parties, gathered as a family, celebrated holidays, lived here while our house was being built, held family dinners, laughed, cried, prayed, and loved each other well in this place.
