Couldn’t be happier for my sellers on the sale of their Kingwood condo!! This was their 3rd attempt to close this unit. Sometimes when things don’t close it is not always because of a fault of the property. Thanks to a great buyers agent and lender, and a few other parties involved we were able to get this one closed.
