Happy closing day to our buyers and sellers on this Hiawassee property! Not every closing is smooth sailing when you have multiple sellers involved, but thankfully all four were able to work together & agreed to work with the buyers who took this fixer upper as is. I cannot wait to see how they fix up and remodel this little house. It’s also nice when you are able to share the workload with fellow agents in your office & a big thank you to Pam Floyd and Robin for a smooth & easy closing!

Clayton Agents…..I am hosting a broker/agent caravan for Kingwood Estates next Friday, August 28 at 4:30pm. Today was an exciting day, as a veteran and first time homebuyer was able to purchase and close on his first home! I didn’t get a chance to photograph this one as it was an off market property we were able to find him. The sellers were wonderful to work with as well as Jr, one of our new agents at Mountain Realty. The lenders on this one and the closing attorney helped make the whole process for both sides an easy transaction!  Also thankful for friends and past clients who are able to send referrals. Without them, a lot of our business would not be possible.
