You never know where your next client is coming from in real estate.

This home buyer was referred to me in an unusual way. Her aunt, who is a Real Estate Agent in another state, Googled agents in this area that could help her niece. She looked at different brokerages, reviews, etc. She definitely did the homework! She called a few agents based on reviews and I was one of them. She told me the reason she called me is not only because of my reviews, but because she liked my picture!

Long story short, we found her niece a home and it went perfectly! First time homebuyers are so fun to work with!
