Just did some number crunching - due to boredom...we started using our accounting system in 2009, so 14 years, we've been in business since 2004, five years unaccountable data - we've had the pleasure of dealing with 33 different companies, (most of these are still with us) and almost 700 people that have stayed with us...and never a vacancy, other then when we scheduled an update. I wish I could figure out how many loads of laundry we did, beds that we've made, pictures that we hung, toilets we plunged (ok I don't do that), walls that we painted, gallons of paint we bought....a big thanks goes to the people that have supported us and helped us get to this point - service calls at all hours of the nights and weekends, carpenters, bankers, insurance agents, accountants, family....call us a bit crazy, but now we want more.

Time for an update... we're doing an upnorth inspired apartment for our new client. We just signed a two year agreement on three furnished apartments and one furnished house...
