Its a bittersweet feeling when you help a client get to the finish line of their new home or property.

Yesterday, my husband and I got to be on that side of the table and close on a property right next to our home!

When we bought our home 2 years ago, we told the sellers that we wanted the vacant land next to it as well. Yesterday, we all made that happen 🥳

Congratulations to US 😍🥰🥳
Special thank you to the Ryan's for giving us the right of first refusal, and to All American Title Company - Iron Range Offices for hosting our closing ❤️
On to the next adventure 😄
