Make your credit work for you! Join us for an interactive workshop that breaks down all things credit-related: what goes into it, how to improve it, the role it plays in mortgage lending and down payment assistance.
After the presentation, you'll have the opportunity to sign up for one on one personalized credit counseling with an expert provider.

The workshops and exhibitors at this's year's Foothills Community Housing Fair, brought to you by People's Bank is going to be entertaining and informative. We will have booths for children. We will have informational booths for anyone who has housing questions. We will have speakers to answer your questions. Free food and entertainment, too! Come on out to the Ridgeview Rec Center from 11:00-2:00 this Saturday!

From Beverly Carlton, Olive Hill CEDC: “The Community Partners Loan Pool (CPLP) down payment assistance program from NCHFA is available through Olive Hill CEDC. It can make homeownership more accessible and more affordable for many home buyers, and it can be combined with other down payment assistance programs.”
