It’s been a busy end to the summer market, and this group of under contracts is such a good reminder of why I love what I do. ❤️

One of my buyers has been working with me for over a year, preparing for a move all the way from Vermont. Somewhere along the way, they went from clients to some of my favorite people, and I am SO excited to officially welcome them to North Carolina! 🥹

Another is extra special—the sister of one of my best friends, buying her first home with her soon-to-be husband and their sweet baby. 🏠❤️ I can already picture all the memories they’re going to make there and love that they found a place with room for their family to grow.

Another past client came back to me to purchase a vacation home in the mountains, with hopes of eventually making this area their retirement home. They fell in love with the mountains, and I can’t say I blame them! ⛰️

On the selling side, I’ve had the privilege of helping a family I’ve known for years sell lots that have been in their family. Relationships like these that come full circle mean so much to me.

Then there’s a beautiful lakefront property I co-listed with Shawn. We’ve had the best time getting to know our sellers and working together to help them move on to their next chapter.❤️

And finally, another seller originally purchased a lot for his son to build on. Plans changed, and thanks to the appreciation we’ve seen in land values, he’s now under contract within 48 hours of listing!
