Again, I’m truly speechless. 🥺 What an incredible honor.

Thank you, Jesus, for continuing to open doors I never could have imagined and for allowing me the opportunity to represent a community I love so deeply.

For me, this has always been about so much more than real estate. It’s about serving people, building relationships, giving back, creating opportunities, supporting other small businesses, and hopefully leaving this community a little better than I found it.

I don’t take a single bit of this for granted and every opportunity God has placed in front of me has played a part in getting me here.

Pinch me 🥹

Before turning 30, I got to open my own real estate brokerage. Now we're putting down roots in one of the most desirable locations in Hickory, NC and I still can't quite believe this is my life.

One of the first things I teach every agent who joins our team is to answer one question: "Why do you want to do real estate?" Your why has to come first, because it's what carries you through the long days and the hard seasons.

My why is my girls. I want them to grow up watching their mom be a force, a CEO, and a woman who lets God lead the way in her business and her life. Every late night and every leap of faith has been for them.

I wasn't born and raised here. When I started, I didn't have a hometown network or a family name to lean on. I had a dream, my family, and clients who were willing to take a chance on me. I said yes to every opportunity, answered every call, and learned something from every deal, the easy ones and the ones that kept me up at night. Fast forward to today, and I've been blessed to become one of the top-producing agents in our area, with over $50 million in real estate sold.

Now we're bringing something to downtown Hickory that has never been done before: a true one-stop shop for real estate 🏡

I'm honored to share this new space with my incredible colleague Nathan Ewing of Ewing Law Group, their second location, and to partner with Jonathan Foster with Kingdom Contractors. Every week I get the same five questions, and almost never from someone who already lives here. That's not a coincidence. When you already live in Hickory, you know where the good bread is and which route to take at 5pm.

When you're moving here sight unseen, you're trying to make a six-figure decision off listing photos and a school rating website. Those are two completely different problems, and only one of them is actually about houses.

Here's what I've learned doing this over and over:

1. The neighborhood decision matters more than the house decision. You can renovate a kitchen. You can't move your house closer to the lake, or into town, or onto five acres. I'd rather spend our first conversation on how you want your weekends to feel than on square footage.

2. Your budget doesn't translate the way you think it will. Buyers coming from a bigger metro usually assume their number goes twice as far here. Sometimes it does. Sometimes the specific thing they want — waterfront, new construction, acreage, walkable — is the one thing that's genuinely competitive, and we have to trade. Better to know that in week one than in month three.

3. The commute question is really a lifestyle question. "An hour to Charlotte" sounds fine on paper. Doing it at 7am four days a week is a different life than doing it twice a month. I'll tell you the truth about that even when it's not the answer that gets me a sale.

4.You need boots on the ground once. One trip, built around neighborhoods instead of showings. Most of my clients change their mind about at least one thing that day — and every single one of them says they're glad they came before they made an offer.

5. The house is the easy part. The part I'm actually good at is closing the gap between what you can see from a thousand miles away and what it's really like to live here.

This is the part nobody tells you about Hickory NC until you get here...the lakes 🚤⛵️

The actual, swim-in-it, kayak-before-work, watch-the-sun-set-from-your-dock lakes. Buyers moving from California, New York, Florida, and Colorado ask me all the time what makes Hickory different. This is a big part of the answer.

Hi there, I’m Hannah Fox — a Hickory, North Carolina REALTOR®, relocation specialist, and your go-to girl for all things buying, selling, and moving to Hickory 🤍

I’ve called this area home for years, and there’s something really special about getting to help other people discover why I love it here so much. Before real estate, I was an ER nurse, and while my career may look a little different these days, the heart behind what I do really hasn’t changed. I love taking care of people, helping them through big life transitions, and being someone they know they can call when they need me.

Today, I’m also a wife, mom to two little girls, and the founder of The Pinnacle Property Group NC. Building this business has become so much more than selling houses. It’s about the relationships I’ve made, the families I’ve watched put down roots here, and getting to be a small part of some really big chapters in people’s lives. Many of my clients have even become friends, and that will always be one of my favorite parts of what I do.

One of my biggest passions is helping people relocate to Hickory and the surrounding Western North Carolina area.
