We have changed our meeting time from 6:30pm to noon on the first Tuesday of each month. We are doing a lunch meeting at El Paso on Highway 70 in Hickory, near 321. If you can attend, please send me a message through fb, or text me at 828-446-7857. I need to know at least 2 others are going to be there. Also need a hed count for what sized table we get. I hope to see you this coming Tuesday.

Just a reminder that our Hickory Real Estate group is NOT meeting this Tuesday. Many of us are on holiday with kids out of school. Our next meetnig will be in February.

Our next club meeting will be Tuesday April 5th at 6:30 PM at the Hickory bread cafe near d***'s sporting goods. Our speaker is Raquel Haberer Who is a very experienced insurance broker who has a lot of interesting ideas for extra liability umbrella policies the advantage of forcing renters to have renters insurance et cetera

We are changing locations for our monthly meetings we will now be at the hickory bread Cafe at 1756 Catawba Valley Blvd. same meeting time 6:30. Our next one is June 1st and many come at 6 to eat before the meeting and network. We're switching because we were really disrespected by Bob Evan's manager who literally kicked us out and gave our space away to other people. And very rude about it.

Our next meeting will be Tuesday April 6th at 6:30 p.m. at Bob Evans. Our speaker will be Susan Little with Section 8 housing. She will be discussing the advantages and how the program works, how to sign up as landlords, and pitfalls that people run into at times.

We have rental properties and also flip houses. We need someone to help us when a project comes along. Mowing, cleaning up weeds, cutting bushes/trees etc. This is not technical work. We're looking to pay about $15 an hour but prefer to just agree on a flat cost per project. All in the Hickory area.

I have an apartment in Hickory that should be available around July 20th. Two bedrooms one bath washer and dryer included $675 a month. If you know anyone who's looking to just let me know
