• Inventory has been increasing, giving buyers more choices.
• Homes are spending around 53 days on the market based on the latest July data.
• Recent county sales show homes closing at a variety of price points — and pricing correctly from the beginning continues to matter.
• We’re seeing a more balanced market, which means both buyers and sellers need a good strategy.

🏠 FOR SELLERS: Marketing, presentation and accurate pricing are extremely important right now. Buyers have options, so your home needs to stand out!

🔑 FOR BUYERS: More inventory can mean more opportunity and a little more negotiating room. Don’t assume you have to wait for the “perfect” time to start looking.
