I am on a mission to grow my business! I want to work with YOU, your friends, family, and coworkers! I want to be the absolute BEST in the industry. I know that that comes with time, patience, and hard work.
I pride myself on my work ethic and honesty. I know that alone will not make me the best as there are a ton of great agents out there.
What WILL make me the best is acknowledging and focusing on my weaknesses. I can say, one of my biggest weaknesses in my professional career is Marketing 😩 I struggle with being creative and thinking outside of the box.
So, I have some questions for you guys! I would really appreciate ANY and ALL feedback on:

🌟What are some things you plan to look for or have looked for when deciding to hire an agent?
Do you just go with a friend of a friend that "whatchyamacallit" recommended or do you actually interview them to make sure their personality type is the right fit for your home buying/selling experience?

🌟What are some of my weaknesses that you have noticed that I may not be able to see in myself? (Honesty is appreciated!)

🌟What are some marketing strategies that really catch your eye and make a lasting memory? Do you respond best to videos? Pictures with descriptions? In person interactions?

👩🏼‍💼I would love to grow in my business, but I can only do that with your help! Putting myself out there and making myself vulnerable to possibly hearing some things I don't want to hear, but NEED to hear will only help me be a better person and agent. I am studying and learning as much about the biz as I can on a regular basis but at the end of the day, it's all about you guys!
