MONDAY-FRIDAY, NO WEEKEND HOURS

Seeking an honest, dependable, organized and detail-oriented office assistant with a positive attitude that can work with the public.

Responsibilities will include: answering phones, taking tenant payments, processing applications, completing lease contracts, detailed record keeping, paying out funds, balancing checkbooks, completing tasks by monthly deadlines, filing, delegating tasks to other employees/service professionals and offering courteous customer service.

• Must be Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Honesty, Dependability, A Great Attitude and the Ability to Politely Work with the Public is a Must.
• Excellent Credit and References are a Necessity, as This Person Will be Working with Trust and Escrow Accounts and Must Be Bonded by Our Company.
• NC Notary Public License is Preferred, But Not Required.

Ideal candidate must be detail oriented, be able to handle multiple tasks, be able to take initiative, have excellent organizational skills and enjoy working with clients. They must have strong bookkeeping, computer and office skills; as well as, strong verbal and written communication skills.

This position is for Monday through Friday, no weekend hours. Our office is a
Non-Smoking Facility and this a Non-Smoking Office Position. This position includes paid vacation & health insurance benefits.
