🏡 Some closings just hit a little closer to home ❤️

Today’s closing was extra special because I’ve had the privilege of knowing this buyer since he was in elementary school — and watching him grow into the amazing young man he is today. Even sweeter? He’s been best friends with my son for years, so getting to walk alongside him during such a huge milestone made this one incredibly meaningful.

Clay, congratulations on your new home and this exciting new chapter! It’s such a joy to see lifelong friendships turn into moments like these.
