Hico Self Storage will be having a storage auction open to the public Saturday September 11th, starting at 8:00 A.M at 8550 FM 1744 Hico, TX. We have 3 units to be auctioned.

1. All payments can be made with cash or during the auction. If you must pay with credit card, you we can accommodate.
2. All items must go-including trash, debris, and unwanted property.
3. Units must be cleared and swept in 3 days.
4. Units may be rented (month to month) for extended clearing time.
5. Bidders bid on contents of entire storage, not on an item–by-item basis.
6. The unit is sold to the highest bidder.
