She loves to connect with everyone from her banker to her mailperson to, of course, her clients, helping them create their own slice of life in the place that has always been Traci’s home. She represents clients at all different life stages, and her lifelong

regional insights allow her to serve a broad area with ease, including Malibu, Calabasas, Woodland Hills, Tarzana, Encino, Sherman Oaks, and Studio City. An LA native, Traci grew up in Tarzana and Malibu, the Westside, and all over the Valley. After a career as a makeup artist and stylist in the film and commercial industry, Traci began selling real estate. It wasn’t quite a 180-degree turn, as Traci and her architect husband had already bought and sold many properties together. Traci’s ready-made savviness in everything from construction and design to permits, costs, and liaising with all types of professionals helped her gain early recognition as Rookie of the Year at her previous brokerage. Traci currently lives in Woodland Hills, where she enjoys hiking the hills in her neighborhood, practicing yoga, and spending time with her family, consisting of her husband, three kids, and two German shepherds. She loves giving back to her community and beyond, including volunteering for local women’s shelters, sponsoring a Congolese child, and supporting a charity that helps deliver clean water to villages. And if you ever run into Traci when you’re out and about, don’t be so quick to assume it’s her: Traci is one of identical triplets! The sisters (aka “The Flippin’ Triplets”) have bought and sold several homes together.
