Congratulations to our seller on the successful sale of 14855 Braendlin Avenue in Clearlake!

Every transaction has a story, and this one was truly a journey. The home was originally listed in 2025 and received an accepted offer in less than a week. Unfortunately, that transaction never came together after the buyers and their agent unexpectedly disappeared from the process.

Fast forward to 2026, and after returning to the market, the property was back in escrow in just four days.

This sale was especially meaningful because the home had been in the seller's family for many years. As she prepared for an out-of-state move, we negotiated a longer escrow period to provide the time needed to sort through decades of cherished belongings, memories, and family history. This wasn't just a house—it was a home filled with a lifetime of memories.

While the process came with its share of challenges, it was an honor to guide and support my seller every step of the way. Seeing the home passed on to a new family who will now create memories of their own made the journey worthwhile.
