Twice in less then one week! Visible burn marks, this is a hazard. This is a reminder to everyone to please keep cords at least 3 feet away from heat sources. This is a preventable fire hazard. If you see cord near heaters move them or have them replaced. Please follow for more fire safety tips share if you’ve seen this before.

Seriously don’t really say this 😆.

In this reel Dan jokingly gave “advice” to home inspectors and told them to say “su casa es basura” to Spanish-speaking clients… Which absolutely does NOT mean something nice. 💀🤣 It actually means “your house is garbage.”

Needless to say… this is probably NOT the best way to get more Spanish-speaking clients to like you. 😂
