In 2020, my colleagues and I at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Nutshell Realty ranked 9th within the Hudson Valley Catskill Region MLS and our Nutshell agentโs sales volume exceeded $60 million, including our MLS and beyond. or 2020, in four counties and multiple MLS, reached close to $24 million which made me a top 10 producing broker out of 663 active agents on the Hudson Valley Catskill Region MLS. This past year I enjoyed working with 29 sellers and 21 buyer clients who chose me as their trusted real estate advisor. My average sales price for a single- family home was $503,000 compared to an MLS average of $377,344. These homes ranged in price from $185,000 to $1,989,000, a true reflection of my strong commitment to my diversified client base. The homes I listed averaged 72 days on the market while achieving 99% of the asking price. I am happy to report that I will continue to rely on the expertise of my colleague Petra Heist who has been working with me since 2013. A true professional, Petra brings a deep knowledge of Real Estate to our team and is in the process of applying for her Real Estate Associate Broker license. Petra and I are also excited to welcome newly licensed Jamie Cobb to our team. Jamie is a lifelong Ulster County resident with great sales and service experience. Our team efforts allow us to provide a high level of service to all our clients, anytime and almost anywhere! For the last two years in a row, I was proudly awarded the Berkshire Hathaway Chairmanโs Platinum Circle award, distinguishing me as a top one percent sales professional in the national Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network. I have also been awarded Ulster County Board of Realtors Top Producer award each year since 2004. Iโm honored to serve on several New York State Association of Realtor (NYSAR) state committees as well as Ulster County Board of Realtors strategic plan committee and professional standards committee. Part of my success is related to my strong commitment to the community, serving as chair of the SUNY Ulster Foundation and board member of the Mohonk Preserve. This community service, coupled with ongoing support of the Rondout Valley Growers Association, The Episcopal Church of Christ the King, Rondout Valley Food Pantry and other like organizations compliment the networking and marketing that has been a key factor in my real estate achievements. Although my professional career has taken many turns from critical care nursing to medical sales and marketing to real estate there are clear similarities in the industries.
