DeLille Landscapes is looking for a landscape maintenance crew leader
Responsibilities and Duties.
- Mowing using walk behind or riding mowers
- Trim, edge, and blow using weed-eaters, blowers and other hand tools
- Install flowers and other plant materials
- Apply fertilizers to areas as required
- Trim shrubs, remove weeds, and perform other maintenance tasks to improve/ maintain property appearance
- Apply mulch and pine needles
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance procedures on equipment used in grounds maintenance
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment following all company safety regulations
- Must be able to lift 50-100 pounds occasionally
- Train new employees in the field
Minimum Job Requirements.
- Must possess a valid NC driver’s license.
- Must have experience in the green industry
- Must be a leader who will teach and train others
- Must have ambitions and good morals
