Congratulations to my first time home 🏡 buyer on the purchase of his beautiful home 🏡 in Trinity !

Vicente came to me a year ago and I got him under contract in some land that was for sale by owner. The seller didn’t ask for any deposits or preapproval letter as he had no agent to advise him I represented my clients best interests. I helped with the financing process for land and he realized it was not something he wanted to take on at that time.

A year later , he found this property and called me to assist him. He already had a preaprroval letter with reputable lender and was ready ! One and done is my type of client !

We toured the home the next day and I was able to get my client under client , get him done seller paid closing costs and negotiate for a v***r barrier and a vent well!

This proves my point. If you advocate for your client and provide value , they will come back to you. It makes my day when buyers and sellers tell me they remember me bc I provided them With value. It is a great feeling at almost 6 years in this business when buyers and sellers , simply remember me !

Congratulations to my sellers for closing on this property. This one was Granny's home 🏡 and had sat vacant for years. I had shown the granddaughter a home a year or two ago, and she remembered me. She did not end up purchasing at that time but she remembered me and how much value I provided to her, and she reached out to me to assist with this sale. Next, her parents will be selling their home and they will purchase a multi-generational home🏡 together.
