Hmmm....heat pumps have come a long way but we find lots that don't perform properly. I still like my gas. Seems electric cars make more sense since they can be charged off peak.

Which is larger? The one on the right is actually larger BTU rating but not as efficient as the one in the center, which is actually lower BTU. The more efficient units are typically larger, some almost as tall as me! In our moderate climate the efficiency difference probably doesn't justify replacement but the small size is an indicator of the age of the unit so beware if you have one.
