Tim jumped right in. He got him pre-approved, secured a much better rate for his situation, and moved quickly enough that we were able to get his offer submitted and accepted that same day.

That kind of responsiveness makes a HUGE difference in real estate. Tim communicates, gets things done, looks out for the client, and does everything he can to keep the transaction moving seamlessly.

He is outstanding at what he does and easily one of my favorite lenders to work with. I never hesitate to send my clients his way because I know they’re going to be taken care of.
