There are at least 2 types of water tests that are acceptable for real estate transactions. One of which is what I call the "county test". The test analysis consists of Total Coliform and F***l Coliform. The other is what I call the "VA/FHA test". The test analysis for this one includes the Total and F***l Coliform but also includes: Lead, Nitrate, Nitrite, and Turbidity. I do not offer the county test because in my opinion it does not go far enough.
