Stats for single family home real estate sales in July 2023.
The number of new listings for the entire month is about half of what we were getting a year ago. Definitely low inventory. Definitely low sales as well. Let me know if you would like to see the stats for your area.

Interesting article and we see it here in South Florida. Currently we are working on eight deals with builders/developers and there is a great deal of competition for each property.

The builder confidence index hit 78 – its highest point in 35 years of record keeping, and solidly positive territory; 50 is a midpoint, neither positive nor negative.
