Days like today truly drive home why I love Real Estate so much ❤! Today, I helped a wonderful older man who recently lost his wife, sell his home as he transititions into the next chapter of his life moving into an assisted living complex. This was a bittersweet moment for him as he recently lost his soul mate a couple months ago and now had to leave his home which many wonderful memories were made in. He truly handled it very well in a sweet, class act way and the beautiful thing was that he sold it to his next door neighbor who has older parents and they wanted their parents to live close to them. One can't get closer than next door and both the daughter and her significant other along with her parents are precious souls too! Although it's always nice having a sale and making American Dollars, the REAL REWARD was helping two precious families move on to the next chapter in their lives ❤. Richard, Marsha, Andy, David and Judith, may you all make many more new memories in your new homes. I'm blessed that out paths have crossed and am grateful to God that He has brought 5 more precious friends into my life :)

Closed on my listing this past Tuesday afternoon! This was the 5th Real Estate transaction with this couple since 2017. Merry Christmas Facebook friends! Below is a beautiful performance of Sweet Little Jesus Boy (music starts 1 minute into the video) from a wonderful friend of mine 9John Barfield) who passed away several years ago. I was blessed to be asked to accompany him on this song which he performed for First Church in Burlington Kentucky for a Christmas service. We put this together last minute and just ran through it once and then let the Holy Spirit flow through us. As you listen to John's angelic voice, it will sooth your soul as you experieince God's infinite love, passion joy and inner peace flowing through him. John, we miss you here, on Earth but I know you're singing in God's choir in heaven now and look forward to the day when our souls meet again and we can make joyous music together praising our Lord 😀👍!!!

God is so good! This new listing went pending in 1 day! This home was my seller's first home and many wonderful memories were made in it.
