Great news: The Loan limit for conventional (Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac) and VA loans will increase to $453,100 from the current $424,100, for 2018! (see link below for the full article)

This is excellent news for our home buyers and sellers since this limit is the difference between a “regular” loan or the higher rates and tougher criteria for a Jumbo mortgage.
