Meet Caleb!

Caleb decided to pursue real estate as a way to build on his current business experience while opening the door to new opportunities in the industry.

His experience is primarily focused on rental properties and he’s looking forward to expanding into larger commercial properties and residential real estate. He enjoys working with all types of buyers and sellers, and has had a particular interest in helping younger investors and first-time buyers interested in owner-occupied rentals.

With a strong familiarity with Newport and Campbell County, Caleb brings valuable local knowledge to the team and a genuine understanding of the Northern Kentucky market.

When he’s not working, you’ll likely find Caleb gardening or backpacking. He also enjoys checking out local favorites like Mita’s and Empress Chili or grabbing coffee at Carabello or Locke.

And for a fun fact: the first time Caleb was ever on a plane, he jumped out of it! 😂

Congratulations to our dear friends, Megan and Adam Franzen, their beautiful girls, and their growing family on the purchase of their new home!

This one is especially meaningful. The Franzens purchased the home from friends, and I had the privilege of representing them as the only real estate agent involved in the transaction. I’ve been honored to help Adam and Megan buy and sell multiple homes over the years, but walking alongside them as their family continues to grow never gets old.

They are people of deep faith who genuinely love others and are incredibly connected to the community around them. We are thankful not only for their continued trust in Neltner Realty, but even more so for their friendship.
