Part 1 - Homearama 2026
Behind the scenes look at our Staging Installation Day. This was a two-day install for our team of Designers, Movers, and Contractors, but it certainly didn’t only take two days to transform this property. Months of preparation took place before this day and seeing it all come together so perfectly makes all of the hard work worth it.

Homearama 2026 is underway! We hope everyone is enjoying gathering inspiration and getting to know the Builder at our staged home this year.

This year we were involved from the very start of this project, before it broke ground. We helped K Homes and their homeowners select all of the design elements, including flooring, tile, paint colors, wallpaper, stone, wood stain, lighting and everything in between.

Before we walked in, this 4,579 sq ft home in Cincinnati’s Anderson Twp was completely empty — soaring ceilings, walls of windows, hardwood floors, and nothing to give a buyer a sense of scale. Empty rooms photograph cold. At $1.2 million, that is an expensive first impression to get wrong.
We staged it using furniture, artwork, and accessories from our 17,000 sq ft warehouse. It hit the market July 10 and went pending July 15.

Q: What is your favorite style of home to stage? A: When you stage as many properties as we do, it’s fun to mix it up sometimes. Our Warehouse has a large variety of options for our expert Designers to choose from so that every property gets exactly what it needs to feel elevated. This apartment complex overlooking GABP and Paycor is super unique and we couldn’t let the model units be bland. The eclectic, art deco inspired spaces were filled with color, mixed metals, and abstract artwork to compliment the rest of the building. If you want more details, send us a DM.
