The Head of Property Management Team Purpose:
Oversee the day to day operations and act as a liaison between multiple departments including maintenance, investment relations, accounting, marketing, and leasing.
A background in real estate is a must! Coordinate leasing agent activities, negotiation of new leases, assist with tenant issues.
Skills & Qualifications:
Applicant must be highly organized and Motivated
Excellent customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft office suite and/or G Suite
Able to adapt in a high-paced environment
Ability to multitask
Responsibilities:
Interacting with tenants and property owners
Communicating with a variety of municipalities
Scheduling various inspections
Directing tenant questions
Assign vacancies to leasing agents
Finalize and prepare new leases
Prepare collection files for attorneys
Prepare reports for upper management
Monitor and check the occupancy status
Facilitate meetings with Property Management Teams
