The New Real Estate Regulations are very specific and require that agency relationships be clearly discussed as you enter an open house. Additionally, proper signage must be displayed at the point of entry. If the agent you meet at the open house is not adhering to the August 2024 rules designed to protect their licenses, and insure clarity, how confident are you that they will adequately protect your interests?

If all the buyer agency options are not being clearly explained to you, think again about signing an agreement with that agent. If you have questions about buyer agency agreements, call me to discuss.

RD Tree Service did an outstanding job for my client! A team of 5 or 6 staff members, fully equipped, arrived a day early at the property and efficiently completed the work in just 4 to 5 hours, followed by thorough cleanup. Now, we only need to have the septic system installed.
