In 2014, Peter shifted his career toward landscape architecture and designing hardscapes (roof decks, outdoor kitchens, fireplaces, patios, etc.) A high-quality landscape design can have a return on investment as high as 30% of the overall home's value. His goal of transitioning to a Realtor started after he received his broker license in 2018. Peter resides in Highland Park, IL with his wife, two kids and two Bernese Mountain dogs. Both children attend Highland Park High School and are active in the community, sports, and activities. When not attending to his clients, you will find Peter and his family in the Northwoods and/or enjoying the outdoors, whether it be golfing, fishing, skiing/snowboarding, or fat tire biking.
