A very special closing for my adorable cousin and her future hubby! 🏡❤️

Some closings are special… and then there are the ones you know you’ll remember forever. ❤️🏡

I got to celebrate my amazing daughter, Gracie buying her **very first home**, right in the heart of Lincoln Park. And as her mom (and her realtor!), I couldn’t be more proud.

She fell in love with this home from the moment she walked through the door. Somehow, all the stars aligned, everything fell into place, and it truly felt like it was meant to be.

Watching your children grow up is one thing… watching them take this big step into their own life and own home is something else entirely. My heart is bursting with pride and excitement for all the memories she’ll make here. ❤️

A huge thank you to for making the transaction so smooth, and to the “team” — and — who have known her for her entire life and were there to help guide her along the way. And of course, our fabulous inspector for giving her the thumbs up! 👍🏼
