Two years ago, these amazing clients reached out, ready to lay the foundation for homeownership. On a whim, we discovered this 1924 Tujunga bungalow—and they felt an instant connection.⁣

It was an extraordinarily complex deal, but with major teamwork, trust, and a $69K credit I negotiated, we brought their vision to life!⁣

Now they’re the owners of a home where porch mornings and garden dreams begin. Living their dream of mountain views, a massive tiered garden, chicken coops, a guest space and an interior dripping with modern updates & original charm.⁣

I helped my client buy her first house in what was then a little untapped sliver of Echo Park | Elysian. She was a first-time buyer from nyc, I even accompanied her to the bank to help her make her EMD. ⁣⁣⁣

Six years later, she did amazing on that little first home sale, got married, and she and her incredible husband were able to purchase and moved into what became a real love story of a home. They decided to sell and follow their next fairytale dream of moving to Marseille.⁣⁣⁣

With multiple over-ask offers, the enchanted Tudor found its next people. A couple who couldn’t be more aligned with my clients—same huge kind hearts, same high spirit, even (almost!) the same number of dogs. The new owners lost their home in the Altadena fires, and this one had little details and features they didn’t think they’d find again. They felt at home ♥️ my heart exploded. ⁣⁣⁣

Since my clients are moving abroad & they could not imagine the new owners arriving with no belongings to unpack- They were able to leave the home furnished with their beautiful and functional pieces. passing them along with love and intention.⁣⁣⁣

It was one of those full-circle moments that screams to me why I do this.
