Tried a new spot and had to order the soufflé pancakes 😍

Super fluffy, light with a rich cocoa dusting and fresh berries on top. Not overly sweet, which I actually liked.

Definitely one of those “worth trying at least once” brunch items. 🍓🍫

Today my clients had their brand-new home inspected, and it’s one of the smartest steps a buyer can take before closing. Even in new builds, issues can happen because multiple contractors, tight timelines, and fast-paced construction schedules leave room for missed details.

An independent inspection can uncover:
⚡ Electrical issues
🚿 Plumbing leaks
🔧 HVAC installation problems
🪟 Improper sealing around windows and doors
🏗️ Construction defects that may not be visible at first glance

A home inspection is about protecting your investment and making sure your new home is truly move-in ready, not just newly built.

Another year in real estate, another award 🏆

I don’t say that to brag, I say it because it reflects the work that actually goes on behind the scenes.

This market isn’t easy, and it’s definitely not plug and play. Deals fall apart, numbers don’t always line up, builders change things, inspections matter, negotiations matter even more. That’s where experience shows up.

Being a top producer isn’t about volume for me, it’s about knowing how to handle situations when they get messy, protecting my clients, and getting things across the finish line the right way.
