TONY L MISER, TEXAS LICENSED REALTOR, ALL CITY REAL ESTATE LTD·SATURDAY, DECEMBER 22, 2018·
Thank you for checking out my Facebook Business Page, let me tell you a little about myself. As well as how I chose Real Estate as a career and became a Real Estate Agent. I was born and raised in Wichita Falls, TX., and lived
there for 54 years, I am married with children, a combination of natural born and blended, but all 5 are still my kids, I have also been blessed with 5 Grandchildren, 2 of which are our heavenly angels. While I’m close to that subject, I am a Christian, and member of Prestonwood Baptist Church. In my early 20’s while living in Wichita Falls, I was introduced to the Fire Department, and a few months later I was lucky enough to be selected to their training academy. I made the Fire Service my career for 33 plus years serving the community and retiring in the rank of Fire Captain. As retirement from the department approached, I was anticipating retirement with the idea of a second career. A sort of “perfect storm” scenario developed. My wife went through a career shift, which required a relocation to the DFW metro area. Since I was already planning my retirement. We chose to move for her career and chose a home on the outskirts of Denton. I was able to commute during my final year with the Fire Department, and I retired at the end of 2017. As I pondered a second career, I considered selling cars, because I’m a car nut, but I was concerned that it would be too difficult to enjoy retirement, and I knew I wouldn’t have a flexible schedule. I also considered a home remodeling business, because my wife and I have remodeled several houses between the two of us, that were our homes. We had successfully flipped a couple of houses in Wichita Falls, before our move to the DFW area. Because of the quick moving market in this area, I began to think about becoming a real estate agent, and helping others find their perfect home. I reached out to an agent that had homes listed in our neighborhood, which was the agent that represented the seller of the property that we had purchased. I discussed my thoughts with her and to make a long story short, she agreed to let me be her protégé, and learn the business in a practical manner, while I attended classes to obtain my State of Texas Real Estate License. It is my goal to create a relationship with my clients that allows me to satisfy their real estate needs completely. This includes the purchase, lease, or sale of a residence, acreage, or combination of both. I strive to provide excellent service from our first contact throughout the process to our handshake at the closing of their dream property. My plan to reach these goals involves working diligently for my client relying on the wealth of knowledge and resources available to me through my association with the fine group of people at ALL CITY REAL ESTATE LTD., as well as my mentor and team leader, Sherri Matney, who is a Broker-Associate as well as an agent with 15 years’ experience. My outlook is that I spent 33 years and 7 months as a Fire Fighter serving my community, and now I feel I can continue in that mindset, being persistent until I get my client’s nod of approval. Please contact me if you are in the market to receive this quality of service in your property search, whether buying, selling, or leasing. I would love the opportunity to assist you.
