ave owned many homes, and each one has sold extremely fast, some in pretty slow markets. I had a Real Estate Agent in Chicago, years ago, share with me some tips to getting my home sold. This was the best advice that has stuck with me for years, and now I want to share it with you, and show you that I can sell your home! For Buyers looking to buy: I am anxious to find you! I know I can find your dream home if you would give me that chance. I am determined to only show you properties that would be of interest. My very first sell as a buyers agent, was the actual day my license came via email (which made it legal to show homes) . We saw 1 house, and that was it. They wanted to make an offer. Keep in mind, they had looked for a few months on their own. My biggest pet peeve with Agents when I was a client of theirs, was them NOT listening to me! I remember specifically telling them that I did NOT want this certain kind of stone that was on houses in Oklahoma. What did he show me? Yes, those houses with that ugly stone. He just wanted to sell the house. He thought if I could see the inside (which most had nothing I was asking for) that I might end up liking it. He never found that house for me. We looked many times. I finally built a home that I wanted. 6 months later, my husband got transferred, and that home sold in a week. I know what people like. I listen to you the first time, and would only look for houses and characteristics that you tell me. I feel like your time and my time are more valuable than wasting it on houses that do NOT interest you. Please let me prove myself to you. I know I can do it!

I just placed another sign at a beautiful home. It’s kind of surreal to have my name on a sign, but I’ve worked hard for this. I always felt like I needed to do more with my life. I think I found my niche. My broker Nate Hunter, with Hunter Group Realty has been the best I could ask for. He does more than any broker would have done for me, had I of chosen a different one.
